Columbus Business After Hours sponsored by CPI

Columbus, MS - The CPI Group sponsored the 2nd Annual "Partio on the Patio" on March 12, 2009. Co-Sponsoring the event included Tampico Bay, Mitchell Distribution Company, and Northeast Mississippi Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Tampico Bay hosted the event at their restaurant location near downtown Columbus on College Street. Beverages for the evening were provided by Mitchell Distribution and Northeast Mississippi Coca-Cola. Live musical entertainment was also provided by Paul Brady.

There was an exceptional turnout for the event and the door prize portion of the evening was one of the highlights. Our Grand Prize was a river cruise on CPI's Agape II for the winner and up to 6 of their guests. CPI will also include lunch and beverages for the outing. Other companies that donated door prizes included, American Eurocopter, Beans & Cream, The Commercial Dispatch, Dowdle Gas, Express Oil, Jubilations Cheesecake, McAlister's Deli, Print Pros, and University Management.

CPI President Mark Smith stated "This was a great event for being only the second year. It was overcast and cool but we still had an excellent turnout thanks to those who braved the weather and our great co-sponsors. Whenever we decide to host an after hours event we focus on a good location preferably outdoors, making sure we have plenty of good food and beverages on hand as well as live music we all can enjoy. We accomplished this again and it really paid off".
