CPI Group, Inc. Staff Member places second in national SHRM competition

Truman Abbe of CPI Group Inc. recently competed in the National Championship of the Human Resources Collegiate Competition. Abbe, a member of the Mississippi State Student Chapter, placed second in the national competition against 6 other student teams in the finals. They defeated Ole Miss and five other states. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the largest association devoted to human resource management in the World. Additionally, Abbe was recently awarded the title of PHR, Professional Human Resource Manager, by the Society for Human Resource Management.
