What types of services do you offer?

Literally, we can provide any type of human resource management assistance that a client may need. From developing job descriptions; to recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified employees; to employee handbooks; to training needs analyses; to design and delivery of training and even to outplacement services.

How can one company provide such a broad array of services?

At the core of our company, we retain a nucleus of human resource management professionals with a broad spectrum of capabilities. In addition, we have a network of Expert Resources that can be drawn from on a case-by-case basis, as needed. These experts come from the "real world" environment and enable us to provide knowledgeable solutions for our clients.

How can I know if your services will provide value and benefit to my situation?

Our first step, after meeting you, will be to conduct a broad human resources management audit that will reveal how complete and up-to-date your present systems are. If there are deficiencies that need correcting, we will outline a proposed solution, including anticipated costs for implementation. You then decide what you wish to implement and the timeframe for implementation. No surprises!

I own a small, professional business and don't really need a full-time human resources manager. How can you help me?

In situations like yours, we can provide a complete, outsourced human resources management service. We will ensure your systems are up-to-date, your documentation is correct and your employees receive adequate orientation and training in order to properly fulfill their role expectations. This is normally done with a monthly retainer fee.

I already know what I need. Do we have to begin with an audit? Or, can I just request one aspect of your services?

An audit isn't required. We often meet with other human resource managers who know what their needs are and are seeking expert delivery for the desired solutions.

How do your professionals remain current with state-of-the-art skills?

Our professionals are active in their chosen areas of expertise. They not only belong to the appropriate professional society, but assume roles of leadership in a volunteer capacity. Our goal, always, is to lead.
