The CPI Group
offers many forms of contract/temporary staffing solutions to
clients:
- Temp
This option allows employers to fulfill temporary needs while
the employee remains on CPI's payroll for the determined length
of time. Employees are hired with the understanding that the
position is temporary.
- Temp-to-Hire
Our
most popular option allows employers to leave employees on the
CPI Group's payroll for a specified amount of time and at the
end of this time they may decide to hire this employee and place
them on their payroll with no additional charge.
- Long-Term-Temp
Employees hired under this option remain on CPI's payroll over
an extended period of time. Employees may remain on CPI's payroll
the entire time they are needed at the site. Any employee remaining
on The CPI Group's payroll for longer than a six-month period
may be offered benefits at the employer's discretion.
- PermaStaff
This is an option that is used in circumstances where the client
would rather place the employee directly on their payroll or
where the position's pay does not work well with CPI having
this employee on their payroll for an extended period of time.
A one time fee is paid for the employee and they are immediately
turned over to the employer.
- Pass-Thru
Employers
present candidates to The CPI Group for standard criminal and
reference screening. The candidate is then placed on the CPI
payroll for a shortened period of time to evaluate if the candidate
is a viable solution for employers needs.
