Clients agree to provide The CPI Group, Inc. with information regarding the position to be filled which enables The CPI Group, Inc. to knowledgeably conduct a professional search. Information such as job description, qualifications needed, etc. is most helpful. The client will also provide The CPI Group, Inc. with salary range and other pertinent information.

Upon completion of search activities, The CPI Group, Inc. will present a slate of qualified candidates to each client. The client may then invite any/all candidates to interview at a convenient time.
