At The CPI Group, we are always on the lookout for high-quality candidates. When you refer someone to us for a position listed on our website who is not already registered with The CPI Group and that person works a minimum of 200 hours on a temporary labor assignment or 120 hours for a clerical/admin/management assignment, or completes the probationary period on a Contract to Hire assignment you will be paid at least $25 and as much as a $50 referral bonus! When you refer a friend for a Direct Hire Professional Position and they complete the guarantee period after being hired, you will be paid as much as $500!! Simply choose the position that you think they are a fit for and click on "Refer-A-Friend" to complete the referral form with their information along with your own. THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF CANDIDATES YOU CAN REFER OR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU CAN EARN WITH THIS PROGRAM.

Terms and Conditions for our Referral Bonus Program.

1. For Direct Hires, referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.
2. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, The CPI Group will honor the first referring party only.
3. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to The CPI Group that is hired and completes the minimum obligation. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.
4. Temporary referrals must work a minimum of 200 hours for labor assignments and 120 hours for clerical/admin/management assignments to qualify for the referral bonuses.
5. For direct hire placements, "Refer a Friend" Referral Bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the direct hire placement has been fulfilled.
6. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
7. The CPI Group reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this plan at anytime
