Welcome to the Family Employment Assistance Program

The Family Employment Assistance Program (FEAP) is a joint endeavor between various FEAP partner companies and The CPI Group, Inc. to provide an additional resource for spouses and dependants of FEAP partner company employees in their job search, at no extra cost.  If you qualify for this program, our firm will refer you for positions with area companies whom we know may have needs to hire someone with your skill set.  We have performed similar referral service roles for other organizations in our twenty-four year history, and the partnerships we have fostered make us a one-stop shop for you to connect with dozens of potential employers, saving you much time and effort in your career search.  Your assigned FEAP Representative will work with you to identify possible position matches, exploring all available opportunities to find the right fit for you.

There are several steps to our application process.  Please read the following instructions carefully. 

1. Please complete our online application form.  Please make sure you complete the form that is linked to this web page, and not the one available on the main page, as this form will indicate to our staff that you are a FEAP candidate. Fill In Online Application .
2. In your online application, please make sure you include at least three past places of employment and include supervisor names and phone numbers.  Please make sure you fill out this information completely and do not write, “see resume”.  If you do not have three past places of employment that we can contact, we will require typed reference letters from previous employers, former teachers or professors, community leaders, or other individuals who can speak to your character and work ethic.
3. You must also complete our candidate profile.  The candidate profile will give us even greater ability to help you in your job search. Fill In Candidate Profile.

Once you have completed this process, your FEAP Representative will contact you to schedule an interview and we will begin searching for the best opportunity for you.
